1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" or "Site" refers to the zero77 website accessible at https://zero77.cam, including all subdomains, mobile versions, and associated applications.
• "We," "Us," "Our," or "zero77" refers to zero77, the operator of the Platform.
• "You," "Your," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal betting account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery games (togel), and other gambling products.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To use the zero77 Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or legally present in Indonesia at the time of using the Services.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from using online gambling services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an Account on the zero77 Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts registered under your name or linked to the same payment method, device, or IP address, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void any bets or winnings, and confiscate any balances.
• Choose a strong password and keep your Account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Complete identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) when requested. This typically involves uploading a clear photo of your Indonesian Identity Card (KTP) and may include proof of address or bank account ownership. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your Account and inability to withdraw funds.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from using the zero77 Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Employees of zero77, their immediate family members, and affiliates.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or other gambling services.
• Individuals attempting to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purposes.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Making Deposits

zero77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed on the deposit page.

• Deposits must be made from a bank account or payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• Deposited funds typically credit your Account instantly. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• zero77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions.

3.2 Withdrawals

To withdraw funds from your zero77 Account:

• You must have completed identity verification (KYC) by providing a valid Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name. The name on your bank account must match the name on your zero77 Account.
• You must meet the minimum wagering requirement: deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. This is an anti-money-laundering measure.
• If you have claimed a bonus, you must complete the bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically process within 15 minutes to 2 hours; other banks may take 1-4 hours. First-time withdrawals require additional verification and may take 2-6 hours.
• Large withdrawals (over Rp 20.000.000) may be subject to additional security review and may take up to 24 hours to process.
• zero77 reserves the right to request additional documentation (proof of address, bank statement, source of funds) before processing large or suspicious withdrawals.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

zero77 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are discretionary and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus has specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration periods. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before you can withdraw. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must place Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, sports betting contributes 50%, and live casino games contribute 10%. Check the specific promotion terms for details.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering a bonus (typically Rp 50.000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• zero77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void winnings, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other users, exploiting software bugs, or any other fraudulent activity.

4.2 Bonus Forfeiture

You will forfeit your active bonus and any winnings derived from it if you:

• Request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements.
• Exceed the maximum bet limit while the bonus is active.
• Play games that do not contribute to wagering or are restricted under the bonus terms.
• Violate any other term or condition of the promotion or these Terms & Conditions.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the zero77 Platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction).
• Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
• Live betting (in-play betting) odds change rapidly during the event. There may be a short delay between your bet placement and acceptance due to odds fluctuations. If the odds change significantly during this delay, your bet may be rejected.
• zero77 reserves the right to void bets if we detect evidence of match-fixing, insider betting, syndicate activity, or other forms of betting fraud.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip. If your potential winnings exceed the maximum payout (displayed on the bet slip), the excess will not be paid out.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) are governed by the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, zero77 will investigate and determine the outcome based on server logs. If the malfunction affected the outcome, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds. Actual short-term results may vary significantly.
• You must not use any software, bot, script, or automated system to play games. Detection of such use will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5.3 Lottery Games (Togel)

Lottery games, including togel (Toto Gelap) markets such as Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau, are subject to the following:

• Draw results are based on official results published by the respective lottery operators in each jurisdiction. zero77 does not control or influence draw outcomes.
• Bets must be placed before the published draw time. Bets placed after the draw time will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a delayed, postponed, or canceled draw, bets will remain open and will be settled when the draw takes place, unless the draw is permanently canceled, in which case bets will be voided.
• Specific payout rates and bet types (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, etc.) are displayed on the game page and may vary by market.

6. Responsible Gaming

zero77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: You can set limits on the total amount you can lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: You can enable pop-up reminders after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently close your Account by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months or permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or create a new Account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zero77 Platform and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, transfer funds illegally, or engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage, sharing Account information, chip dumping, or any other form of collusion.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting software bugs, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing individuals under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, spiders, or any automated system to access the Platform, place bets, or play games.
• Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' Accounts, the Platform's servers, or any other zero77 systems.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the Platform software or game algorithms.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

zero77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon closure:

• You will no longer be able to access your Account or place bets.
• Any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Your Account balance (excluding any voided bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited activities) will be returned to you via your registered bank account after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
• If your Account is closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or other serious violations, we reserve the right to confiscate your entire Account balance.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, ensure that you have withdrawn your entire balance and that no pending bets or bonus wagering requirements remain.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the zero77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of zero77 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Use the zero77 name, logo, or trademarks without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or any of its content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zero77 and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
• Technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, connection errors, data loss, or software malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Loss of winnings, deposits, or any other funds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in game results, odds display, or bet settlement, except where we determine the error was caused by a malfunction on our end, in which case the affected bets will be voided.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. zero77 does not guarantee any winnings or returns on your bets.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zero77 and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your use of the Platform or Services in an unlawful or prohibited manner.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• Any fraudulent or negligent act or omission on your part.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the zero77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and zero77, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia - BANI), with the seat of arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia. The arbitration shall be conducted in Indonesian or English, as mutually agreed.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against zero77.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

zero77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date below. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability
